Facts People Spew

“Our dreams are frequently full of strangers who play out certain parts – did you know that your mind is not inventing those faces – they are real faces of real people that you have seen during your life…”

I call BS. How could this have been proven? How would a scientist be able to see the people I have been dreaming about and know that I interacted with them at some point in my life? If you can’t prove it or provide signifignant evidence for it, it shouldn’t be stated as a fact amongst many sites.

However, it would be an interesting notion to look into and study.

Wearing a hijab and makeup seems pretty contradictory to me. Only wanting their husband and family to see their beauty, but they put a face full of enhancements on?

I like you, but sometimes when we’re sitting next to each other in class, I imagine stabbing you for fun.

Car Crash Sites

I never understood why people place flowers where other people have died. I understand the need to honor them, but do you really want to do that right where they took their last breath? Also, people die everywhere. If every death required flowers where they died, we’d be up to our eyeballs in flowers. The hospitals and hospices would need to shut down from tulip and teddybear overdoses. And when do you stop putting up new flowers? When you get bored and forget about them?

This morning I pondered the depths of the universe and my unimportant existence in it. I reviewed over the mathematics I knew and wondered about it’s origins and system. I thought about all the dead people I never knew and how their names are meaningless now. And then the water turned cold so I washed out my hair and got out of the shower.
